What you send us
There are no accounts, sign-up forms or payment forms on this site. If you email us, we receive your address and the contents of your message, and we use them only to reply.
The quiz and the pulse counter
Your quiz answers and your counter taps are handled entirely inside your browser. They are not sent to us or to anyone else, and they disappear when you reload or leave the page.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. We use them only to keep the site secure and running, and we keep them for a limited period.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and images load from our own domain.
Children
This site is written for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Deleting your messages
To ask us to delete an email you sent, write to contact@thenationalvitalitytimes.com.
